More rule breaking

I post here again to report another rule breaking. This time, the perpetrator's key is YeahhTowelie, his character being Retrayum, Towelie. This is the story: Today I made a new character, with the same skin as ever, etc. I was walking around, I stopped to post something on the posts board, when he started attacking me non-RP. I obviously retaliated, and he started saying I was invisible and so. Some other guys corroborated that, and, instead of leting me remake to fix the error, he kept attacking me until he killed me (Obviously, I just made that character, I had no chance against him). First off, he's no one to decide if I should die or not for having an "invisible" skin. Second, it's totally not my fault if the skin I always use is invisible: That's the admin's fault, not mine. Although I told him that, he kept attacking me until I died. And although, before he killed me, I already told him that he would end up getting banned if he didn't stop, he didn't give a damn, and kept doing it anyway.

If the screenshots aren't enough to prove that, I'm sure Pwnchigo (character's name Hirako, Gennosuke) will be able to corroborate the facts.

Edit 4: I think I should reopen the case, as I've seen him breaking even more rules:

1.- Possible multi-accounting, although I'm not sure of that (I don't know if he deleted his character on his original account).

2.- Threatening me on OOC, saying he'll find a motive on IC to kill me. That would still be non-RP in my opinion, as his true motivation to kill me IC is his hatred towards me OOC.

3.- Making OOC deals to get IC items. By that I mean, asking someone OOC to give him a hammer or else he wouldn't join an OOC tournament. Then, getting that mentioned hammer, completely OOCly.

Well, BYOND in general gets a lot of nubs. It's a nice signal we get some, that means the game is popular enough to atract noobs, right?

x.x it wasnt as gets so many nubs more of this was my first hour of gameplay and others convinced me that when people had bugged or glitched characters such as his invisible person you were allowed to just insta kill them. i found out that i was wrong but id rather not be refferred to as a nub just because i made a simple mistake, while at the same time ramb raged at me saying he wanted to drop his items and give it to his new character<---- breaking a rule right there j/s

Why, of course. My character was bugged since the beginning. I didn't know that, and got myself some items. Then I learnt that my character was bugged, and, as it wasn't my fault, I decided to just keep playing with an identical, non-bugged character, with the same items. It's the most logic thing to do IMO.
