Really? I know he was being attacked by multiple people, but seriously? I was under the impression that this was inspired by the anime but set in a realistic era where people aren't fucking ninjas and super-human. Had I known people were aloud to do this I'd already be a great man-slayer feared by everyone.

I'm not picking on you Galax, but stuff like this happens often and it annoys me a tad. If I am wrong in assuming that we are supposed to be realistic type people then inform me.

I agree, and I guess people still do take this game as a anime base game. Which it is, but what I meant was people take it as if everyone had hight skills and senses. We need to lay off the weed and snap back into reality.

Let us remember, most people only know of Feudal Japan by either
A) Anime
B) Kung-Fu Movies
or
C) An actual history class.

Needless to say, A and B are much more common.

That's a great idea, or at least an out-line so that people can get the gist of how things were so that they can be an actual citizen of the era. Not everyone is a damn samurai, and nobody is a god damn ninja samurai thing. Real samurais did not do back-flips and such, maybe a small jump to avoid a cut to the shins which would weaken their stance, or use the terrain to their advantage. None of them back-flipped mid-air.

Oh and for everyone's information, when samurai went into an actual battle, most of them wore armor. Not real thick armor, but enough to help against another blade.

You don't know that..A few samurai may have tried it.......And failed.

I'm speaking in general, just putting facts out there that would help better the community with knowledge. I'm sure poor samurai or brainless/fearless ones went into battle without it and got their asses kicked.

The element of surprise was a -very- helpful tool in the Samurai ages. Most Samurai were caught off guard, and had to fight with no armor, which is why -most- of the time, the attacking army won.

You are correct, especially in small battles that dragged on.

Exactly. Although, I would absolutely -love- to see some sort of war set-up in this game. Perhaps that can be used as an event idea...I'll talk to Smiles :O!!!

Like the Totorri vs. Edo one in Alpha, that was quite awesome.. But I remember my friend just KOíng 5 guys at once.. That was fun.
