Been a while since I bothered posting here, since there was absolutely nothing I could do to revive the game from the state in which it was left. That has since changed, and I now have access to the means to better the game, and bring it to the state in which it was originally meant to be played.

Forty angry ronin rush into the Shogun's palace and stab him, then all commit seppeku in the courtyard over a rival lord that the Shogun had defeated and killed? Dunno, random thought

werent them forty five?(talking about the story) anyway i think , a civil war against the village and the guards should be nice enought

I think It'd be a good idea to have like a Civil war story.. of how the villagers got tired of the shogun and they started riots in the streets which led evantually into the massacre of him and his guards while their bodies were displayed with great pride to the entire village.

You could be right, but I'm sure it ws 40. Didn't actually make the connection until you'd said that... It was just a thought that popped into my head lol

What about something as simple as his advisors decided to remove him from his position because he was using the money of the village without permission on a gambling problem?

That way, nobody get's killed?

Actually, I don't see it right to make a whole IC story just because the Shogun isn't active. His inactivity is an OOC issue, so the solution should be OOC-related. IC he's gone missing. OOC he's inactive. That's all of it.

We can just make new Shogun elections, and everyone's happy. It's kinda dumb to revolt against someone that isn't even active.
